Dahlia Rose Interiors offers various packages to suit your needs. We choose high quality furnishings to stage your property. Furniture includes soft furnishings which will help attract your buyer.
Rental of furniture is for 6 weeks although with notice this can be extended. Photos of the property will be taken and sent to you within the cost of the staging.
Why stage? 90% of viewers are generated by internet browsing. A staged property will add greater interest and a quick sale.
We stage any kind of empty properties. As a starting point the property needs to be clean and in reasonable decoration.

All our homes smell beautiful and we use a local small business to make sure each home is left with a diffuser for when the door opens to welcome your new buyer.

Staging To Sell
Staging to sell package is known to get you a valuation on your empty property. You will have a minimum of 6 weeks rental allowing the property to be viewed. The cost of the rental is usually around 1 - 2 % of your property value which is always less than the first reduction of your house value.
